1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Dharshan Zwislang (F.L.O.W - Flutter Learning Organized Workflow). By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our app.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and Dharshan Zwislang ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

Dharshan Zwislang (F.L.O.W) is an educational platform that provides:

• Live learning sessions with instructors
• Course materials and resources
• Task and assignment management
• Progress tracking and certification
• Event and workshop registration
• Community learning features

3. Eligibility

To use our app, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age (or 18+ if required in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials

If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent to use the app.

4. Account Registration and Security

4.1 Account Creation

• You must create an account to access most features
• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• One person may not create multiple accounts

4.2 Account Security

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• You are responsible for all activities under your account
• We are not liable for losses due to unauthorized account use

5. Payments and Subscriptions

5.1 Purchases

• Course fees, subscriptions, and event registrations must be paid in advance
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless stated otherwise
• Payments are processed securely through Cashfree payment gateway
• We do not store your payment card information

5.2 Subscriptions

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You will be charged at the start of each billing period
• Cancel anytime before the next billing cycle
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

5.3 Refund Policy

• Courses: Refund requests within 7 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of content accessed
• Events: Refund requests up to 48 hours before event start (minus processing fee)
• Subscriptions: No refunds after subscription period has started
• Digital Certificates: Non-refundable once issued

Refund requests must be sent to support@dharshanzwislang.com and will be processed within 7-14 business days.

6. User Conduct and Responsibilities

6.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You will NOT:

• Share account credentials with others
• Copy, redistribute, or resell course content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or instructors
• Post inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content
• Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the app
• Use automated tools to access the app (bots, scrapers)
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Violate intellectual property rights

6.2 Content Submission

• You retain ownership of content you submit (assignments, projects)
• You grant us a license to use, display, and store your submissions for educational purposes
• Your submissions must be original or properly attributed
• Do not submit copyrighted material without permission

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All course materials, videos, documents, graphics, logos, and app design are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
• Record or screenshot live sessions without permission
• Use our trademarks or branding without authorization
• Reverse engineer or decompile the app

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use course content for personal educational purposes only.

8. Certificates

• Certificates are issued upon successful course completion
• You must meet all course requirements to earn a certificate
• Certificates are digital and verifiable
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates obtained fraudulently
• Certificates are for personal use and cannot be transferred

9. Service Availability and Modifications

9.1 Availability

• We strive for 99% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance
• We are not liable for downtime or technical issues

9.2 Changes to Service

• We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time
• Course content may be updated or removed
• Pricing may change with 30 days notice for existing users

10. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the app, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We are not responsible for third-party services (payment gateways, cloud storage)
• You use the app at your own risk

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Dharshan Zwislang, its instructors, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your use of the app
• Your submitted content
• Your violation of any third-party rights

13. Termination

13.1 By You

• You may close your account at any time
• Contact us to request account deletion
• No refunds for remaining subscription periods

13.2 By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms and Conditions
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse or harass other users
• Fail to pay for services

Upon termination, your access will cease immediately, and we may delete your data as per our Privacy Policy.

14. Third-Party Services and Links

• Our app uses Firebase (Google), Cashfree, and Google Sign-In
• These services have their own terms and privacy policies
• We may link to external websites - we are not responsible for their content
• Use third-party services at your own risk

15. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, strikes, internet outages, or government actions.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

16.2 Dispute Resolution

For any disputes:

1. First, contact us at support@dharshanzwislang.com to attempt resolution
2. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in [Your City/State], India

17. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be effective when:

• Posted in the app with updated "Last Updated" date
• Notification sent for material changes

Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Dharshan Zwislang regarding the use of the app.
